Summer is a special time at Chasemore. Tom is beginning his long-reining work around the farm which helps him stay fit in preparation for the Autumn. Warm evenings are well suited to a cold pint of last year’s Horse Kick Cider at the local pub. At 9 months of age, the cider is at its refreshing best. Stock is almost sold out, and the dry, oaky apple cider has gone down extremely well with the locals.
