2017 marks the release of the first batch of Horse Kick Cider, an exciting time for the Cobham community. Last Autumn great fun was had by people and animals alike, as friends and staff of Chasemore Farm engaged in an age-old tradition: making apple cider using a horse driven press. The cider has been maturing gently, and is now ready for the Spring.
My favourite bit was milling the apples. The fresh apple juice was delicious!
